Come join me from the comfort of your own home and participate in live yoga classes via Zoom. All classes can be done from bed or yoga mat.
This unique mind-body approach to yoga empowers those with chronic disease to safely build resilience, strength, and well–being while respecting limitations to not exacerbate symptoms.
Classes includes gentle movements, relaxation with breathing exercises and conclude with a guided meditation.
Stay after class for a free additional 30-min Satsanga (community chat). This gives the opportunity to engage in a positive, supportive community with others who “get it.”
